Employment in Plantation Estates

I just advised my graduating students to apply a job in plantation estate. You might not be getting RM3000 per month, but you can have good and secured remuneration with EPF, SOCSO and free accommodation. 

In plantation estate is not just the hard labourious job, there are many positions available such as clerical, oil mill operators.

I know very well about plantation estate because my parents used to work in plantation estate (Guthrie Estate Sua Betong). I also used to work in plantation estate at UIE Estate Pantai Remis (a subsidiary of United Plantations Berhad). I registered my EPF and SOCSO through UIE Estate.
